SUPERVISORS' AWARDS

OUSA acknowledges the importance of quality supervision in graduate research degrees (thesis Masters and PhDs), and has instituted these annual awards to recognise and celebrate excellence in this role.

Ten Research Supervisor Awards are made, including The Research Supervisor of the Year Award and The New Research Supervisor of the Year Award.

These Awards are given to those supervisors who have shown themselves to excel in the supervisor role, as judged by the esteem of their students. To see the qualities of an ideal supervisor, click here.
