AFRICAN DRUMMING
"If you've got a pulse, you can drum!" This is a high energy course suitable for beginners. Learn to play traditional rhythms from Mali, Guinea and Senegal on hand made African drums

DOUMBEK DRUMMING
THe Doumbek is a light hand held drum used in the Middle East, capable of a variety of percusssive soundscapes. We will cover a variety of Arabic Rhythms in our drumming circle. We will also introduce a number of other percussive options including zills, rain sticks and thunder makers to expand the musicality of our circle. Enjoy the fun and friendly environment in which spontaneity and playfulness is encouraged!

SINGING FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
If you have no musical or singing experience, then this course is for you! During the five weeks you will learn to sing confidently. Specifically, you'll learn about singing in tune and singing in harmony!

SINGING FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS CONTINUING
If you have had some previous singing experience and are looking for a refresher, or have taken singing for Beginners course previously, this course is for you! This is a combined class for males and females.

UKULELE - ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Learn the basics of playing one of the most fun and simple stringed instruments, the Ukulele! This course caters for absolute musical beginners as well as those with some musical experience. Ukuleles are provided and are available free for course participants to practice outside of class. (Available for hire otherwise).
